Shipping Information

RETAIL CUSTOMERS

  • Free Ground shipping on all orders over $200 to physical mailing addresses (sorry, no PO Boxes, APO, AE etc) within the contiguous United States.   Total of order must exceed $200 before taxes and shipping.  Items that have free shipping already included do not contribute towards the $200 requirement. Excludes very heavy or bulky items such as liquid laundry products, etc. as well as sale items and any products marked as not eligible for free shipping offers.
  • The following shipping rates apply to the contiguous U.S.  Please note we do not ship rugs, rug pads, large pillows, mattresses, mattress pads, laundry products or other bulky/heavy items outside the contiguous US.

  • Items returned that were sent using free shipping offers will be credited to your account minus any associated delivery, handling, shipping and restocking fees.  If the amount returned brings the remainder of the order under $200, shipping fees will be applied to the rest of the order. 
  • Most packages will require a signature for delivery.  You may request in writing (in our comments section) that your item be shipped "no signature required", however by doing so this means you are accepting 100% responsibility for the merchandise once it is delivered to your door.  Since we often drop ship from suppliers, we cannot guarantee they will honor all requests for non-signature. 
International Order Information
  • International Shipping: Minimum order for International Shipping is $200 U.S. Dollars and the maximum is $2499 U.S. Dollars per order.   All international shipments must ship to the billing address only. Your items usually ship from the United States within 10 to 14 business days of receipt of the order unless otherwise indicated on the item listing or notified.   Large, bulky shipments or very heavy items such as rugs, rug pads, large pillows, furniture, mattresses, mattress pads, stone or glass products, liquid or laundry products, etc are not available for international shipment. Special order, backorder and personalized items will take longer and are usually noted in the product description. 
  • International Shipping Costs: Due to high variance in costs for international shipping we cannot know prior to shipping the exact cost, therefore an adjustable flat rate of $150 is automatically charged to all International orders for shipping, the adjustment works like this:  We will ship using a trackable & insurable method, currently this is via UPS & USPS.  If the actual shipping & insurance charges are more than 20% lower from this $150 fee, you will be refunded the difference when the order is shipped (Example #1,  if actual charges are $30 you will be refunded $120, example #2, if the charges are $120 or greater there will be no refund.  Any applicable duty, customs charges and taxes are not included in the product or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of  you, the customer.  Due to the daily fluctuation of import fees, brokerage charges and government taxes, quotations for such costs must be handled through your local Customs office. Please note that international shipments will take longer to ship as our suppliers do not drop ship internationally, and we do our international shipping once per week. Please note that exchange rates shown on the site are estimates only, generally your credit card company sets the exchange rates and may charge additional fees, we simply bill your card for the amount shown in U.S. Dollars.  Please do not ask us to mark the package as a gift or to indicate a lesser value of the contents for customs.  Please note that returns or exchanges on International orders are not accepted. Refused or undeliverable international orders will be considered abandoned property by the customer and per our international order policy no returns can be accepted or refunds provided. 
FREIGHT SERVICES & OVERSIZED SHIPPING

(RETAIL & WHOLESALE)
Oversized items will be charged a shipping fee and are not eligible for free shipping offers as they require special handling. These items will be clearly marked as such in their respective description and include items such as furniture. When an order requires the use of truck/freight services, please understand that the charge assessed is usually only for curbside delivery and does not include in-house delivery or setup and that you must be present to receive the products.  Please be prepared for a truck of considerable size to deliver your order.  If you think there will be any issues for a large truck, or if you need special delivery please contact us prior to ordering with delivery details so we can get an estimate for shipping.

SHIPPING METHOD (RETAIL & RESELLERS)
Unless otherwise requested or required, we or our suppliers will ship using UPS, FedEx or USPS ground service.  Should you purchase one of our heavy or large merchandise that cannot be shipped via courier, it may require alternative methods ie: trucking company, freight etc.  Due to the fact that we ofen ship directly from our manufacturers we do not offer express/overnight shipping.

 

SHIPPING TIME (RETAIL & RESELLERS)
Generally, you will receive your order within 7-14 business days depending on your location unless the product is marked with a longer shipment timeframe. Sometimes there are factors that are beyond our control, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery.  Many times we do ship directly from our vendors, in which case we will generally not be able to provide a tracking number.

We cannot control the amount of time it will require each manufacturer to produce your order and complete your shipment.  Orders can be subject to delay due to unanticipated demand, shortfalls in material availability, and batch scheduling.  Some of our manufacturers schedule and produce each order as it is recieved, others produce batches on a scheduled run.  They will produce only so many pieces for stock as well as filling special orders. 

Because each Manufacturer or shipping companies processing and delivery times vary, delay shall not constitute cause for order termination and in no event shall product availability or manufacturing delay of any item constitute cause to terminate any other portion of an order.

CUSTOM, SPECIAL ORDER, and MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
Linen collections marked Custom, Made to Order or Special Order will usually take longer as noted in the product description (see below).  In the event your order is delayed, we do our best to keep you regularly informed. It is possible that your order may be shipped from more than one location or warehouse, no additional charges will result. Generally, we hold on shipping orders until all items have arrived.

Some of our items may be made-to-order even if not explicitely stated. For example, many bedskirts are made as they are ordered, as are some expensive fabrics or unusual pieces. This is due to many factors, including stocking status at our warehouse, the manufacturer's warehouse, or overseas. Be patient, we will get your product to you as quickly as possible.

Custom Linen Collections: Linen collections marked Custom or Special Order or Made to Order are those from vendors who cut and sew items for you on order, or who do custom embroidery from designs and thread colors you choose, or whose products we do not stock and have to order in just to complete your order. Most vendors do have Custom collections or parts of their collections are custom. Custom linens will usually ship within 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the vendor and the item ordered.

How to Change or Cancel an Order
As soon as you place your order, we begin the procurement process from the manufacturer.  Once the order is placed you become obligated to purchase the products ordered.  Therefore, we charge all payments within 24 hours, including special, custom, and made to order items, and we are not generally able to accept cancellations or order modifications.  We may, at our discretion, make exceptions to this policy, in which a cancellation charge will apply.

Because each Manufacturer or shipping companies processing and delivery times vary, delay shall not constitute cause for order termination and in no event shall product availability or manufacturing delay of any item constitute cause to terminate any other portion of an order.
